How to drink

CINCA Blanco is rooted in the true, clean flavour of Highlands agave, bringing an unmistakable freshness to every pour. Best for sipping simply, over ice with a squeeze of lime. Or, with tonic, cucumber, and spinning vinyl. We love it with a splash of grapefruit soda and a slowly setting sun.
Blanco Blanco

The satisfying zest of a fresh Tommy’s margarita hits different with a native twist of finger lime.

Ingredients

60ml (2 oz) CINCA Tequila Blanco

30ml (1 oz) fresh lime juice

15ml (½ oz) agave

1–2 finger limes

Instructions

Shake tequila blanco, lime juice, agave and ice in a shaker until chilled. Rim the glass with salt, pour over ice, and garnish with finger lime.

Paloma no.5

The clean and simple CINCA Paloma is a sunset signature; slow down, pour up. 

Ingredients

45ml (1.5 oz) CINCA Tequila Blanco

120ml (4 oz) grapefruit soda

Instructions

Rim the glass with salt, fill with ice, add the tequila, and top with grapefruit soda. Good to go. 

Desert Tonic

An exotic take on the beloved G&T with earthy undertones and a cool, velvet finish.

Ingredients

30ml (1 oz) CINCA Tequila Blanco 

90–120ml (3–4 oz) dry tonic water

3 slices of fresh cucumber

Instructions

Fill the glass with ice, add the tequila, drop in the cucumber, and top with tonic. Give it a little stir and add a lime wedge, if you like.
